In the UK, limited companies must be incorporated at Companies House. The company name has to be unique, and a postal address provided as the registered office. When you register your company there are two main company documents you need to create: a memorandum of association (MoA) and the articles of association (AoA). While it’s possible to correct errors if any are made during this process, it’s best to get everything right first time.
If you wish, you can handle everything necessary to form your company yourself, via the online portal. Alternatively, you can hand off all or part of the work – like creating your MoA and AoA, for example. We can work alongside you, others, or solely on your behalf to take care of everything necessary to form and incorporate your limited company. We can help with share allocation between the owners, too.
